We've all been there: you need to move a long URL, a snippet of code, or a great quote from your laptop to your phone (or vice versa). Usually, you'd email yourself or open WhatsApp Web, but that's a hassle and consumes precious time. Because loading a full messaging app just to copy paste text or one sentence from one device to other is slow, heavy on your CPU, and a privacy risk on public or workplace PCs where you don't want to leave your accounts logged in.
That's why I built this Online Clipboard. It's a lightweight, temporary text box designed for speed and security. No logins, no bloat, just a seamless way to move text online.
Why I Built this tool?
As a software engineer specializing in cybersecurity and database development, I'm obsessed with solving workflow friction.
The idea for this tool came when one of my client needed to share around 500-character integration code from her laptop to me to integrate her Instagram with her website. She couldn't access her email or WhatsApp on her laptop. So we had to lool around for a way to share text online securely and privately, but everything I found was either filled with ads, had terrible UI, or felt "off" regarding privacy.
That was the moment when I realized that web needed a robust, privacy-friendly onlineclipboard tool that puts the user in full control. So, I built this one.

How long does my clipboard last?
You choose the expiry when creating clipboard, from 8 hours to 30 days. The clipboard and all its data are permanently deleted once expired. Nothing can recover it.
Is my data secure?
100%. The site uses secure connection to send and retrieve your clipboard data. Separate access and Edit code mode makes it fully secure for private sharing with someone else, putting you in full control.
Do I need to create an account?
Absolutely not. No account, no email, no password. Just open the tool, type your text, and create. It takes less than 5 seconds.
Can I edit or delete my clipboard entries?
Yes. When you create a clipboard you receive the Edit Code and link. Use it on the same clipboard to add new entries, edit existing text, or delete individual items — at any time before expiry.
How many entries can I add?
Up to 20 text entries per clipboard, each up to 5,000 characters, with a total clipboard limit of 100,000 characters.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — it's fully responsive and optimised for touch screens. You can also scan the QR code on any device to open the clipboard instantly without typing the code.
